    Exactly what I was going to say. It defeats the whole purpose of outsourcing. The UK and US both have huge pools of talent though.

    I think those country you listed is not a good place to outsource web designs lol :D

    But definitely a good place to market outsourcing services.

    Wait, this topic doesn't make sense. Are you giving work to web developers or asking for work from developers? If you are giving work to web developers then obviously India, Philippines, China, and Vietnam are going to be where you want to go for the talent and cost. If you want to get work from those countries then I would say the U.S. because the population numbers. By far we have more of a need than a smaller country like the UK. I don't think the value of the currency is that much of a difference in creating work...but that is my opinion.
