    I first start using linux with red hat 6.0 and then turn to fedora. But right now I'm using ubuntu... because of the live cd.

    It depends... what are you gonna use it for?

    In my opinion:
    for Desktop : Ubuntu
    for Servers : Gentoo or FreeBSD(unix)
