I have been building backlinks and getting traffic by doing article submissions, posting on blogs and posting on forums with my main effort submitting articles because those backlinks should be there longer than blog and forum post.
Am I right or are they all equal to proving juice to my site? When checking my backlinks I see forum, blog post that were poste a within a year so it might all of these traffic an link building stratifies may be OK in the long run, What do you think

In my opinion article submission is the best long term strategy that you have listed. Forum posting and blog commenting create links that reside on pages that eventually get archived. As the page just pushed deeper into the blog or forum, it loses some of it's strength as its remaining backlinks are likely all PR0. Articles on the other hand can keep getting republished on new websites over time.
