Which Linking Strategy to use??

Which of the following do you think is beneficial????

A lot of both - keep changing - never settle on one technique.

 

i would suggest to use the 2nd one if your keyword is not a highly competitive one..

 

I would go for only long tail keywords. Not congesting my keywords in anchor text.

Reason:

Spam. Will get deleted straight away by Akismat.

You want the anchor text to be specific to the keywords you are targeting

If you are targeting the keyword Rolex then that should be the anchor text

If you are targeting the keyword Rolex Watches then that should be the anchor text

If you are targeting the keyword Ladies Rolex Watches then that should be the anchor text

If you are targeting the keyword Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust Watches then that should be the anchor text

2nd one, but you can use upto 2-3 words, dont make it so long. before make a anchor text, it would be nice to see how many searches that keyword have in a month.

 

Yes you should keep changing. Never make a pattern to get links.
