which link to use?

Let's say I have a site named se-keywords-packed-domain.com and the main page of it is se-keywords-packed-domain.com/some-other-keywords/and-others/and-others/
Both URLs link to the same page by using a rewrite rule.
When creating a link to the site, which one should I use, and why?

I thought the second one was more relevant as it has more domain-related keywords, but when using websites to list all the links to it (backlinkwatch.com to name a good one) I was not sure anymore.

Why go through all this trouble of creating keyword packed URLs? You'd better spend your time on building a good site.
URL is some points, but very small compared to content and backlinks. Just focus on building for the visitor and the SE's will follow.
