Which link should I seo?

lets say that my website is www.watchmoviesonline.com (example)
I seo the keyword: watch movies online

I wrote 2 articles, and when I search my keywords, I can find the following link:
http://watchmoviesonlineg.com/watch-movies-online

and not the homepage link.. why?
when I make backlinks, the url should be the homepage or that url?

Google likes the url http://watchmoviesonlineg.com/watch-movies-online, so just do all your seo to that page, otherwise you are going to be competing with yourself

 

Both are different domain name, the last one which ou found by searching with your keyword ranked well in google with this particular keyword. Make quality backlink for your website, you could be get the position.

 

I want that when i search for my keyword the link will be the homepage (www.watchmoviesonline.com)
and not http://watchmoviesonlineg.com/watch-movies-online
so I should make backlinks for the home back or to http://watchmoviesonlineg.com/watch-movies-online ??

 

Google have decided that you have more relevant content on a page other than you home page - so I would check out the content there to see why.
Yes, if you start adding backlinks to your home page, that might eventually rank higher - but unless you have good content there it will be tough

 

when you are making backlinks it`s better to alternate a little. I mean you most build backlinks to the main page (your index file) and also to certain articles inside your website for diversity. Those days Google seems to really count diversity.

1) You must have a internal link on your home page to the other page.

2) Your anchor text must be pointing to that page.

In general it is good to link to internal pages - especially pages that convert. Home page usually are full of too many messages and very rarely convert well. Keep in mind you want to display relevant pages for people who click on your link so don't just push people to your home page.
