Which link option to choose while submitting ?

Hi I am confused regarding which link option to choose while submitting my site to a directory/sites to gain highest PR and SERP value.

Please make a vote whether to use http, / , www, etc..

 

http://www.domain.com/ if your site includes "www." or
http://domain.com/ if your site doesn't include the "www."

Always put the trailing “/” because it’s easier for the web server resolution.

 

All works fine if you set it in htaccess or use 301 redirect. domain is important for SEO only if it has keywords inside.
