which link would be worth more? a link from a site like digital point which is like PR 7 but links to thousands and thousands of sites or a link from a site which is PR 0 and is only linking to your site?
Kind of tough to say mate without saying from what type of a PR0 site. If the PR0 site has a lot of topically related content, gets good traffic and gives you a link in a good location such as on the homepage then that link could be better. If it's just a link on their links page amongst 100 other links then dp is far preferable, Again there's also the question, what are you trying to achieve with this link? You trying to drive traffic, get a keyword relevant link for your SERP or what? Generally a link from a nice strong domain is always a good thing and something you can't really go wrong with.
Theme based link relevant to you website will be helpful for you. If you gather links from the pages not related to your website means the wasting of time.
I don't think DP links contains lot of quality a link from forum can help your site indexed fast but that's pretty much it what you will get from it. But ya, older threads do have some link juice I guess! (now now, dont' bump them to drop links because I said it)
A PR0 link from a relate page is what I'd take over a dp link any day. Google loves links from related content.
PR0 for sure... it's still an indexed backlink. DP will not give you link credit, but rather just a couple of clicks here and there.
Not so sure a DP link doesn't give credit - if by credit you mean PR. I've seen sites get PR 2 with no links other than a few hundred DP forums links.
Digital point website may have a high PR, but the page of the thread where you put your link usually as a N/A PR. The best way to build links is if they are relevant. It depends.....if the thread which contains your post and signature is PR2, then of course it is better than the link placed on a PR0 page.
I would rather have a quality backlink, instead of having a hundred of links but just floating like spamming
lol i was just wondering.. i didnt know which one would be better, although both would be worth next to nothing, it was just something that came to my mind one day. i wasnt actually going to get links from a pr0 site or DP.. just wondering, and it looks like PR0 is beating DP
If your site is related to SEO or Internet Marketing Related that DP link will be best. If it is not then PR 0 will be good.
