    Maybe you can use fast directory submitter. That is the name: "Fast Directory Submitter" If you do it manually, it is wasting your time. So by the help of supporting software, it is more efficient.

    Definitely, it would be social book marking. Directories will take some more time to review and there will be a possibility of ignorance. So do social book marking.

    Social Bookmarking is the better of the two options. Blog Commenting is also powerful. Ultimately you need to be doing it all. SEO is such a pain! :)

    Directory submission works normal but social book marking sites working effective now a days and it is also easy to do social book marking then directory submission because most of the directories asking reciprocal link.just submit to high PR social book mark sites.

    Ofcourse social bookmarking is best, its next web 2.0 directory submission is also good but u will get results in long run in the form of backlinks of ur site.

    I will say social bookmarking is the best one of the above too. Directory submission' s may give some backlinks but not the traffic.

    Social bookmarking get the most traffic, and usually pretty targeted. But good directories give better quality links (though not much traffic).

    directories are used 2 ways, long term and power. The power are niche related or very high pr, sometimes home page links.
    If normal directory links it is only used for long term number of links.

    Social bookmarking is used by search engines and website relevancy, authority and outreach.

    Blog is the same as media outlet, most of the time it is the fastest links to be indexed and so it is good as a maintenance tool or for heavy seo jobs.

    Please remember nothing in seo can be done as stand alone and everything is always in combination.
