4) Link Feed = Alright
5) Link Building = Yes we're building links with these methods
6) SMO = GREAT, social signals for seo, also for bringing traffic to site
7) Classified = honestly haven't used it but looks good for bringing traffic
8) Press Realease = GOOD
9) Guest Posting = VERY GOOD
10) Blog Commenting = Before I use it as Tier 1, now only for TIER 2. But this year, they are still effective.

Additionally. Forum Posting, it is great to bring targeted traffic even your site haven't rank yet. Go on a forum related to your niche, answer questions helpfully. Throw those information that forum members want to learn. I mean, if I offer SEO service and place it on my sig. I will surely get some traffic just by answering questions that would take just a minute of my time.
