Laptops from Alienware and Asus are good for gaming, as they come up with HD graphics card that support even direct x 10 games. However, if you are looking for any portable laptop, then go for 12.1 inch Tablet laptops.

I was also thinking the same.
60k = 1500$ USD quite good for powerful laptop. Do look at i5 processor series on Dell India site.
With there onsite warranty I won't even look further if it's for serious business. Never go with Compaq/HP just have a look at their service centre condition. ... will give you an idea.

well, I think the type of laptop doesn't matters. what matters is that, from where you bought is. usually people prefer to buy online as they are directly shipped to home and so the shipping is solely responsibility of company. there are some websites better than ebay or amazon. I always prefer d2dchina.com as they are very reliable and cheap too. I had bought apple computer from them. you can also check them at

I've HP 530 and I'm satisfied with it. It depends on your needs. If you're just looking to buy it for home not for major work then it is for you
