Which Laptop/Notebook Do You Prefer?

Hello,

I'm planning to buy a second laptop... At present I own a Compaq Presario with Windows Vista Home and AMD Turion.....

So which brand do you prefer? The brands I like are Sony Vaio, HP or Compaq, Apple (maybe) or DELL.

As I own a Compaq I am Looking for Sony Vaio CR Series...

Also, I would like to know about Apple Notebooks. Which is better Apple or Vaio? Can you please point outs the pros and cons of these two brands?

Again, Which other brand do you recommed?

HP well known for the great service
but I prefer Toshiba, proven to be the best so far

I prefer HP.
I am using compaq pressario 6600 model and its excellent.Going well so far without any problem.

 

I prefer DELL notebooks, never had a problem

 

Here are my favorites in order.

1. Mac Book
2. Sony VAIO
3. Toshiba
4. HP Pavilion
5. Dell Series

These are the best. when you buy a notebook the most important feature to look for is the battery backup time. My toshiba notebook is best and i gets by 3hrs of backup. Just my 2 cents.

 

I like the Dells and have been using them for over 5 years. They just seem to have a stronger case and stand up to abuse.

 

Sony or HP

 

Good question? Look for the price. both are really good!

 

I've mentioned this on other threads and in my opinion one of the best laptops available now is the Dell XPS M1530.

 

I prefer Toshiba Satellite series

Sony represents quality, I say Sony.

 

Anyone here got SONY VAIO CR Series....??? I have a couple of questions regarding that....

Go for Sony Vaio,I am using same and nenver had any problem.

 

I prefer you to take HP.. It gives good performance

 

My first one - Toshiba, take it, hold it, love it

 

I prefer DELL laptops, never had a problem
