They API KEY that you mentioned is Google SOAP Search API key. It is no longer given out since December 2006. I used webceo to track my keywords.

I don't have an API key either, and Rank Tracker's well off without any. They have a free download I guess, so check it if you like.
I try different keyword tools since many of them are not displaying the accurate results... Google Suggest is one of my favorite keyword suggestion tool...
Is Google Suggest something that is provided by Google, or is it a software package that you can d/l from somewhere?
