Personally I use Overture, Wordtracker and Google Keyword Tool. Out of three, I'm torn between Overture and Google.
I have used wordtracker. It is pretty good. But I would like to find more functions in word tracker like in some other keyword softwares. Like finding the number adword ads for that capaign, min bid, max bid etc. By the way anyone tried wordze? I heard that, they are better than wordtracker.
a 100% free but clean, useful little program is at: www.ibizresearch.com/mlb.html If you would like a really indepth keyword tool that is not available to the public (we use it in-house, and give it to our Fortune 500 clients), email me and I'll send it to you free. It is Keyword Niche Finder PRO (you will not find it online, sorry). It is hard core keyword research that digs deep into all the top sites and pages for each keyword and then does "expert analysis" at various levels, etc. if interested send email to me with your full info and web site url. I'll then send it to you. email me at rcole@ibizresearch.com P.S you have to register the program (free) once you get it, and it can NOT be shared or distributed. Robert Cole www.iBizResearch.com
i like this one, it is 100 percent free and not a trial or demo. has some really nice features and is very fast. http://www.tucows.com/preview/512666
For a quick research for anchor links I used to use the yahoo overture keyword tool and the seobook keyword tool but I wanted something a little more flexible so I put together the search engine estimates that everyone is welcome to use.
wordtracker is very powerful tool. ----------------------------- high ranking keywords > http://www.infogbase.com
Definitely KeywordElite... I wrote a review on it here: http://mystic-pandemonium.blogspot.com/2007/03/keywordelite-destroy-your-adwords.html There is also an option in it where you can choose to add wordtracker and keyword discovery results to your search, so it is all in one. Plus it does so much more than the rest.
overture, wordtracker and google keyword tool were the tool i used... i compare all the results there...
gotta go with the top 2 search engines..yahoo ( overture) and Google. not sure why or how wordtracker comes up with "2" and Google will have 15,000 for a real estate term.
