i want to target the keyword "liquid vitamin" so is targettng "liquid vitamins", the same as targeting "liquid vitamin"? what im basically asking is....if i want to target liquid vitamin...would i get the same results if i SEO liquid vitamins? (b/c the word liquid vitamin is in liquid vitamins)
You will get sometimes different results when you perform search in search engines for singular or plural version of the keyword. You can check it out manually in google or in any other search engines for keyword "liquid vitamin" & "liquid vitamins" that you get same result or different result. I suggest you that WordTracker will be able to give you a breakdown of search volume by singular and plural version. So, you can able to find out no. of searches perform on "liquid vitamin" & "liquid vitamins".
It depends on competition with this particular plural keyword. You should analyze both keywords competition and set pace of getting inbound links campaign accordingly
No at present the both will be considered as two different KW's and thus different SERP's and ranking.Although Google would be implementing LSI(latent semantic indexing) in future which would take into consideration the current semantic problems like plurals,synonyms,polysyms..... For such generic term like vitamin one should consider both plural and the KW to make the campaign most effective.
i have checked on different keywords tool and i observe that it shows different result for both keywords phase.so i think that u should use both keyword phase in your content but u should target only one that got maximum hits on search engine.
