    In my opinion if you have one page to target these two keywords then that is more beneficial for your site. If not then use website design company this keyword included web design company.

    You can use both. But if you want to compare the different, type in both terms on Google search and compare the number of results for every term under the search engine box. The one with highest results only means a higher competition for the keyword, which also means a tougher more powerful competition for the keyword.
