I'm with David - slightly confused as to what you're asking. If you're trying to mimic the sites style, then you're going to need to get your hands on a similar template and compromise, adding and modifying the CSS Files. If you want to mimic the sites functions, then you'll need a component, but you haven't gave us much detail with regards to what you want from that site. Either way, to get a site to look like that, you're either going to have to copy that websites source code modifying it as appropriate to build a custom template, or you're going to have to hire a profession website developer/designer whom of which works with Joomla! 1.5.x Good Luck, Lynn.
