One of my favourites. + malai kofta, aloo paneer, and dal makhani. I live 150km away from my 2 favourite Indian restaurants... it's time that I learnt to cook these dishes for myself.
I'm afraid I am a bit boring; I am a chicken tiak masala girl. Though I am regularly informed that this does not even count as curry :/
Its hard to get good tasting Indian food here in the US. But when I was working at HostGator, curry chicken was catered in one day and it was amazingly good. I still haven't found a place that makes it as good around me.
I'd have to go with a chicken rogan josh - that does it for me, I love the rich tomato it is cooked in. I once heard it described by Anthony Worral-Thompson as the 'King of Currys' and that is high praise indeed from a man of his stature.
