Thanks, I'm actually torn between all of them, and I'm tired of overthinking it haha. So whatever the poll says will be the final decision. I'm branding myself (identity, print, and web designer), so this will be on all my business cards and portfolio site/blog.
I like 2 & 3... But if I had to choose one it would be 2. Very professional and clean looking.. I dig it!
There are no logos to choose from. Those are largely standard fonts and lend pretty much zero to your ethos, plan of attack, identity, etc. For reference, no one can gather anything whatsoever from seeing those(make sense?) sorry, not trying to be a stick in the mud. Nigel
What would you recommend, a vector graphic of me at my computer? I understand what you're saying, but I'd like to keep my identity simple, clean, and let my portfolio do the talking. Not every piece of collateral has to say what you do. My tagline, title, list of services, and portfolio will do that for me.
Depends on the theme of your site. I'd go with number 3 for something on my site. If you like the kind of logos I make, I could make one for you.
"What would you recommend, a vector graphic of me at my computer?" Certainly not, I would recommend someone gives it some thought and not churn out something that takes 8 seconds while attempting to sum up your business. Sorry you took that personally, that was not my intention. "Not every piece of collateral has to say what you do" Correct, that is what your logo is for Your logo is not collateral, your letterhead, newsletters, etc. are collateral documents. hope that helps, Nigel
As far as fonts go these are ok, but what is the rest of the logo? I'm not getting it. Logos are your branding , your company identity. These are missing that. A vineyard logo has grapes on it and the name of the vineyard. this tells me nothing.
