    I travelled to Phuket, Thailand earlier this year for 3 months. I haven't been to many places but I can say Thailand is an amazing country.

    I think visiting European Countries such as France and Germany is good. There are lots of interesting places to visit.

    What about Dubai? I've heard it's an amazing city and it's not even 20 years old.
    You could visit the worlds tallest building which is over 800 meters and you should also pay the artifical island Palm Jumeriah a visit.

    Anyways OP, visit Italy, very historical place..the coloseum, venice, etc..all beautiful places. I went a few years ago and it was incredible!

    Canada has alot to offer i have been many times and i am currently looking at a property out there so that i can semi retire from the UK,great people,not much crime and plenty to see and the scenery is stunning.

    As expected, no two posts proposing the same country or place to visit. It depends upon what your likes and dislikes are. Are you looking at beaches, hotels, pubs, clubs theatres? national parks? etc. You wont find everything in one country. Each has its own goodness. So simply asking whats the best place to visit would give vary vague answers depedning upon the answerers taste.

    If you are not into that pointless history crap, or you know that looking at a building is not the most exciting thing to waste your time doing you should just go to Florida since its the best. Then again cuba was pretty good too.
