To be honest my vote would be: The Persuit of Happiness - seeing a man try so hard and having to take your son to homeless shelters, and sleep in a toilet at the station just sad - I watched it about 2 months after my wife gave birth to our son and I pictured it happening to us. Geez what do kids do to you my son has made me all soppy now...
