Hi How is everyone today I was wondering does anyone prefer a certain online payment processor, which one is the most reliable and provides good support. Thanks for any input Rainbow
best to offer a variety of payment options including paypal, amazon, google, and your credit cards gateway like authorize.net
Paypal even tho they can be annoying sometimes. No 1 really likes them but yes they are the most popular !
Paypal offers a wide variety of solutions and is rather inexpensive...authorize.net is also good....if you need help getting lower interest rates by resolving credit errors see my friend at www.confidentialcreditsolutions.com....oh ya i would choose paypal if you are new to payments.
For me its paypal at the moment bcoz of their services and most importantly direct bank withdrawal service. You may also consider moneybookers, plimus...
Definitely Paypal but if you are starting an online store then perhaps you might want to consider 2CO first. If sales does picks up, then get a proper payment merchant account from sites like authorize.net and such.
PayPal is one of the most popular. To be honest, I don't know many people that don't have a PayPal account.
Paypal is obviously the first choice of many people but you should also consider 2CO (also mentioned several times in this thread). They provide an excellent service and offer a nice facility to load payments onto an ATM card (Payoneer).
PayPal is very popular, but many people have reported problems with them (account being limited for no reason and losing lots of money, etc.) and the fees may be a problem for some, although there is no set-up fee. However, many people don't have credit cards and use PayPal either because they have their bank account linked to it or because they get paid through the service and use their PayPal balance to pay for their goods online. 2Checkout, although I have never used them, appears to be a popular option. According to their website they also accept PayPal so this may solve some issues. However, the fees could be considered to be high. There's a set-up fee of US$49 and a US$0.45 + 5.5% fee per transaction, which in many cases would be much higher than PayPal. Moneybookers is another option, with credit cards and various other payment methods accepted, including bank account in some countries. The fees seem reasonable and decrease on a sliding scale.
My current options are all popular alternative PPs, as paypal is not accessible fully in my country (can't receive money); MB (question for US people - I've read somewhere that people in US can't use MB; Is that true?), AlertPay, WU (for bigger sums), etc... I'm signing up for plimus right now, I'm at the hardest part of this process - reading their Agreement. I've wanted to signup for 2CO, but those shitheads think they can impose too many rules; I don't see a reason for not allowing payments related to MLM (which is in theory legitimate), financial consulting services, work-at-home ebooks (I believe every IM ebook can be categorized here, correct me if I'm wrong), etc...
