    I think it's symbolics.com

    Just see the whois:

    Expiration Date: 2016-03-16
    Creation Date: 1985-03-15
    Last Update Date: 2006-12-20

    But it's weird that the registrar is network solutions, which appears to be registered in 1998...

    Not weird. It just means that Network Solutions is the current registrar. Not necessarily the first. They must have renewed the domain later, with Network Solutions.
