Hello everyone! There a lot of traffic methods out there such as, PPC, article marketing, forums, traffic exchanges, classfied ads and many more. However, I would like to know which is the fastest way to get traffic? Really appreciate all your answers and help!
If you want only traffic not ranking on serp then social networking sites is good. but i would recommend you to apply all seo techniques so that you can get traffic and ranking as well.

PPC is the best way to go if you want instant, targeted traffic. but you gotta pay for it. if you don't want to pay for traffic, submitting articles to article directories and social bookmarking are great for getting fast traffic to your sites.
Yea I can rank you NUMBER one is good, yahoo and 38 other SERPS too as long as the keyword is "Online Shopping Made Easy For People With Credit Cards" I am so tired of hearing all this BS about ranking you #1 in the SERPS. Trust me if some SEO company could rank you #1 for ANY keywords they would NOT be in the SEO business they would be in the following industies for them SELVES: 1) Porn 2) Gambling 3) Pills 4) Mortgage / Real Estate I know mortgage brokers who can do deals in 48 states and make $300,000+ per year and they don't even use internet marketing, so I guarantee if they ranked #1 for "Mortgage" they would be filthy rich and wouldn't need to SELL seo to anyone.
Stumble is the best, but is not good for adsense because you don`t get clicks ,if you have a good CPM is ok

In my opinions, the best ways to get (Targeted) traffic are: * Your mailing list/newsletter * Search engines * Affiliates of your product * Craigslist marketing * Ebooks marketing * Forum marketing * blog marketing If you need to invest hours every single day to send/create traffic to your website, you are wasting big time and profits. I prefer to invest 30 minutes per day and receive (free) passive traffic for a very long period. BTW, I don't invest ONE single cent to get traffic...
In my opinion, the best way to get traffic is by giving something away for free. But it also depends on your specific website, business model, and niche.
Like everyone has said, there are tons of ways to generate traffic, most of the time instant traffic will not be the kind that will click on ads. Take some time and generate targeted traffic. It pays off in the long run.
Have you looked at most of the other SEO services on the web. Everyone claims that they can get your site number 1 rankings in the search engines within X amount of days or months. That's not possible to have every site ranked #1.
SEO is something to be done with time and care. Its a long time process. Another marketing idea is getting reviews from good blogs. That gets the words out fast. Also try webcosmo.com for classified ads.
I would have to say article marketing would be the number one way for me to get traffic but it does take a bit longer to obtain traffic. If you diverse in your SEO (forums, classifieds, craigslist, etc.) you should be good.
Stumbleupon has been a disappointment for me all along... like mentioned above, you will get traffic but it will not convert or do any good so its worthless...
Your best traffic will come from Google! To get on google, make sure your site is of value. Make sure your domain name is preferably keyword rich, and MOST important of all for GOOGLE....make sure to VERIFY AND SUBMIT A SITEMAP.XML through Googles WebmasterTools. Then simply start building BackLinks. Use Comment Kahuna to get some fast HIGH PR backlinks! Also, do a few article submissions.
