Which is the better logo?

You should go into the Buy, Sell, & Trade forum here at DP and pay somebody to make you a logo. Both of these are not too good.

The 2nd one is pretty nice, the first one could work depending on what type of site and where its placed.

 

It would look nice if you make the text more stylish and give text shadow there with second one.
