Which is the best !!!

    Hi, can anyone suggest which is the best antivirus/spyware......is there a place where it can downloaded anti-virus, anti-spyware etc. ( Free and paid both.

    Anyhelp would be appreciated.Thanks

    im using avast and zonealarm and these two is quite good 2gether.. dnt really have probz with these two

    I've been using paid AVG for 5 years and haven't had any problems. I hear their free version does all you need.

    Lavasoft adaware is free... I havent had any problems. I find things like mcaffee and norton just slow down my system a lot, and when they are trying to stop spyware that does the exact same thing (slow down my comp), it kinda defeats their purpose.
