Which is the Best?

    Hai Frnds,I am Planning to have a warez forum, After having a little study i came to know that vBulletin is the Best forum software, Well I can't affrod it, So i'm thinking of free forum software like
    phpBB,IPB,SMF etc

    Among these Free softwares phpBB,IPB,SMF Which one is the Best ?

    The only free software from ipb is the extremely old & outdated and insecure ipb 1.3 any new version of it IS NOT FREE. And to answer your question, go with Mybb.

    I'd go with SMF. Very easy to use, and I'm really not kidding about that.

    phpBB for me worked out great easy to use tons of themes to choose from, huge range of mods. When I needed some help I went php.com the site offers you everything you will ever need.

    If you want secure, go with MYBB or SMF.

    If having your forum hacked turns you on, you will love PHPBB.

    I personally would not use PHPBB on anything. I have also seen several phpbb forums hacked. One site was hacked on and off for over a month. The hackers would deface the phpbb forum, the owner would fix the site, only to have it hacked again a few days later.

    Another phpbb forum, which a buddy of mine owned, it was hacked so many times he finally gave up and closed the site.
