I've tried Php Motion and it worked just great 'out of the can'. For a free script it can give you a great looking site as soon as you upload some video. I particularily like the no hassle way you can include url's in your comments.
CLIPBUCKET is good too. But on this sample site, after registering and trying to enter the activation verification code I got an error saying it was wrong. The code was right and I got an email saying welcome. Also, after I uploaded a video all the other links brought me to my computer to upload another video. To get out of that loop I had to click on the home page. With agravations like that, "free" may not always be the best choice.
