Which Is the best windows hosting?

currently i am using a Linux hosting. in this i am running two wordpress blog and another site build in php. i need to hosting a asp site too.. so i wish to shift to windows hosting. which one is the best also cheap. will wordpress and php work in windows hosting? can i transfer the files(data) of my site in the Linux hosting directly to the new windows hosting with out downloading it.

I don't recommend moving to windows hosting because many features like SEO friendly urls/custom urls etc won't work on windows hosting.

SEO friendly urls/custom urls etc all works on Windows Hosting as far as HELM 4 control panel is there

Thats just not true, and you also do not need HELM 4 CP to get it.

ASP.Net can also be run with mod_mono (you will need your developer to develop for the mono instead of Microsoft .NET framework but most will be slight changes)

ASP work on linux and i am a linux fan.
Unfortunately many features in asp that works on windows would fail to work on a linux chillisoft ASP.
You may try some free linux hosting that would offer you chilli asp and then if everything works, continue, till then dont go for the linux asp thing.
