Which is the best way to monetize my blog?

Hello!

My blog has 1,000 uniques daily, PR4 and 68k Alexa rank. I am using Adsense and Chitika. I tried Vizu and Valueclik, but the results are poor. The best method I have is the Adsense.

I want to now details about other such programs. Bidevertiser for example... Please tell me what you consider the best for monetizing my traffic.

Adsense can be highly effective on blog's if it is utilised correctly. I suggest a mix of adsense AND banner advertisments (not through a third party). That way you get the best of both worlds.

An ideal combination is something like a 468x60 banner in the header and adsense included in your posts and maybe in a sidebar.

best way to monetise your blog is to pimp out blog posts. depending on your niche, you might find sites who would like you to write about their site - and a PR4 you could easily get $7-10 per post you do.

Yeah play around with adsense formats, if they're set up right you can earn a lot from it.

If you can build up trust with your readers you might try recommending some affiliate products (only products you would actually recommend though...to keep credibility).

Ya thats a nice guide, he is advertising heavily through Google Adwords these days ( Thats another way to monetize blog through affiliates)

 

Build a list and then you can make money from the same people over and over.
Send them back to pages with Adsense on, and recommend affiliate products.
You can also make money from others who want to advertise in your newsletter too.
If you have a list (and you should be able to build a good sized one fast with that traffic) you will be able to make considerably more money.

I am interested in making reviews, but I don't want to transform my site into a market. If the information provided by my blog isn't so interesting, I will loose my traffic, which I don't intend to...

You should try placing opt in box for people to subscribe to your newsletter, so you can follow up on them, and recommend products. That is the best way to monetize your traffic.
