Which is the best way to improve traffic after putting contents on blog and increase traffic and page rank

 

Well there is no "best way" of improving your traffic, but there are many ways you can try out to see what works best for you. Here are just a few:

• Update your twitter with new blogposts
• Leave comments on other blogs in your niche with a link to your blog
• Write on forums and have a link in your signature

I suggest looking for blogs that write about similar topics you write on. Contact the owner and try to get the owner to agree to out a link back to your site. In exchange, put a link to his/her site in your blog. Do this with as many related blogs as possible - just remember to go for blogs who have the same or higher PR than you. Eventually your PR will go up and so will traffic to your site.
