    The best way to built one way links is article submission. Because in article submission there are mess out bound links where your article is posted. So its better for SEO.

    -blog posts
    -link buys
    -forum posts
    -press releases
    -develop contnent
    -web 2.0 links
    -social bookmarks
    -promote the promoters aka get a link in an article then build links to it

    its all about a mix. no one links will work unless they are very authoritative, which are almost impossible to get. outsource, do it yourself, and join different rings.

    For easy back links without any effort, Social bookmarking is best...But for quality backlinks, I believe in article marketing. I think blog comment not effective back link, if you don't provide keyword as anchor text. You name in blog comment optimize your name in search engine.

    I disagree that social bookmarking means a boost to yoru serps, remember that all of them are nofollow. I do agree with article submissions, directory and commenting in dofollow blogs.
