Which is the best way for dofollow link building

Hello I want to know which is the best way for Dofollow link building.
example: comment,Forum posting,article submission and etc.

 

None of the above. What's working right now is high PR/PA/DA homepage, contextual backlinks from relevant sites. Options for doing this:

1. Rent high powered backlinks from sites in your niche
2. Buy expiring domains, re-purpose them and put up relevant content and link to your own page
3. Guest post (no longer recommended)

As Diggity says, none of the methods you listed are recommended.

I believe the methods Diggity listed are risky, too.

I would suggest making the core of your link building strategy "attracting links by doing linkworthy stuff". Usually, that means content marketing.

 

For me since many years works bellow

1. Social networks
2. Article sites
3. Web2.0
(High PR)

But these days all above sohuld be use wise way , you can`t link only to your website inside article for example to be safe and you must build backlinks the right way, build some tiers etc.
I have ranked a lot of websites despite google algho changes that way.

The most important thing is the quality of target sites and of course the content you place your link in.
Vary anchor text, main keyphrases should not be more than 3% - 5% at max of all backlinks you build.

It works for me since 2005 till now for me despite frequent google algho changes.
