In my personal experience, artice submissions, as they get indexed within a few days.

I find blog commenting hard work for little reward, if you find a dofollow post they rarely accept any anchor text in your name box and if you put an url in comment body the comment does not get posted.

But it is best if you mix them up alot.

 

None in the list in my opinion.

I will select contextual link from blogs as best type of backlinks.

Other than that, forum links will be secondary choice.

 

maybe blog post ,because google like blogger .

 

The best way to get quality back links from do follow blog commenting, do follow forum posting,directory submission on high PR sites.article submission on high PR site,PR submission,RSS submission etc.

 

Forums would be good source of getting backlinks if it is related to your niche.

 

social bookmarking is good place.

I love article submissions. Do it with a submitter and a single spun article can quickly get you dozens of strong links. They also generate traffic.
