    I know everyone says it, but adsense is probably the best to use next to something like adbrite, or one of those google adsense clickbank knock-off things. you know they LOOK like the google ads but they are really for clickbank products.

    I think it depends on the type of product or niche market your site is after. There are specific PPC's that only deal with one product and they may pay more than others that don't.
