Which is the best the way to build this site?

    Hi I want to build a site that crawls into other sites and scraps data that are legal to copied to my site(mainly listings).I want my data to be displayed in the same form as that displayed by the pg real estate script.But i want to include some other features which are not supported by the pg script and i plan to keep on including new features(http://www.realtysoft.pro/realestate/demo.php)
    Which is the best way to do this?

    1. Buy editable pg script and keep on integrating the addtional features with help of a coder.

    2.Hire a coder to develop everything from scratch using a php framework such as zend,cake or C.I.

    or

    If you feel there are better ways of doing this other than that above tell me.

    Or you could use the free open realty and modify it to meet your needs. This is a good options if you are just getting your listings from the MLS.
