    It's also down to experience, the software cant do anything for you if you dont know how to use it.

    I would consider using one of the programs below as they are quite easy.

    - Jasc Paint Shop Pro
    - Inkscape
    - Illustrator
    - Paintshop Pro

    as a designer i feel that illustrator and coreldraw is the best. but need the help of photoshop also. actually its depend on designer how he will give the output of his imagination.

    It's you who design the stuff, not software. In fact there isn't too much difference between familiar softwares in core function.
