Well Facebook is very popular site for social bookmarking.but now Linked-in,twitter is also very good sites.ya one more site is introduced PINTREST It's a social, photo and video sharing website and yes, bookmarking is also possible.

 

It is very hard to compare that,which is the best. Because now Face book,Twitter,Google+ etc. are very close.
