There is no best site as such... get a site with good unique content and preferably which is in a competitive field like finance, health, real estate to get high revenue on clicks. First start with a free Blogspot blog and Blog about the things that you like. The more good articles you post, the more traffic will come via search engines.... and adsense $$ will follow.
any site of any content that serve what the visitor/searcher looking for will make good money from adsense. the site that builds just for adsense purpose will not make as much the first type.
Their are many niche and top webmasters make $$$$ per month but main thing is you need traffic related to niche . Create one site and try to get targeted traffic on it , by this you can earn good money .
Niche sites. Heck what do you people need to learn this? This is common sense: people needs X product, people searches for it in SE's and people will click on ads because they want that product. Niche sites. Not blogs, not forums. If you want to succeed with adsense better grab a niche and start working today.
I think it's the proxy websites with highest visitors and good clicks that are generating good incomes through Google adsense.
