You can do search for this. Some of the free sites are oswd.org, free-css-templates.com, templatica, templateland.com, etc. Others are paid sites like dreamtemplate, themeforest, etc.

 

If you are willing to pay for it try out:

http://www.4templates.com ( well coded css/xthml templates ) ( Cheap prices to )

http://themeforest.net ( some really nice designs, designers submit there templates to this website some are coded some are not but they are cheap and there are a lot of creative designers )

But there are also plenty of awesome free designs to be found on the websites Traffic-Bug posted.

Why not use some special tools such as Dreamweaver to design your website?Then it's not necessary for you to
write the html code by yourself.

if u want moderm, populor style one, recommend themeforest
if u want other i only know template monster , themelayouts, dreamtemplate

 

Template Monster or Dreamtemplate are the main sites I use if I need a quick template when I don't have time to develope a new one.

 

http://www.boxedart.com has been around for a while - still a good site.
