    Do not search good SEO theme, you should configure your WP your self
    Some important steps:
    1) Set permalinks like this: Custom Structure - /%category%/%postname%/
    2) Download and install All in one SEO plugin
    3) SET correct Title, Description and keywords for each post and page
    4) Install Google XML Sitemap plugin and create sitemape.xml for your site

    I would strongly recommend Thesis theme and Genesis theme. Both are excellent wordpress themes well optimized for SEO.
