    SEO is totally organic, it may takes time in resulting but it gives long term stable results as compared with SEM. SEM is paid. Both are good. SEM is for quick results.

    you cant really do well with SEM without SEO in place on your website. For example in adwords your quality score would suffer greatly and you would be overpaying for clicks in no time at all.
