    Yahoo has been working more in the other services like messenger and other.

    According me Google is best search engine. Google brings up a litany of results ranked from most to least relevant. It's new Google Instant affection attempts to accord users that added advance appear added specific searches to make the more relevant searcher even more relevant.

    Bing has taken over the management of Yahoo's search engine. Although they still appear as separate search engines, I suspect the algorithms will become more and more of the same if they haven't already done so.

    Yahoo still gets used more than Bing but Bing will probably over take Yahoo soon.

    However, Bing & Yahoo combined still just make up a tiny fraction of the search engine traffic compared to Google. From my own experience, Google's traffic is about 30 - 40x Bing & Yahoo combined.
