Which is the best PR Tool!

    I have been trying out different tools for checking the PR of a domain, but have been getting conflicting results - so which is the best PR tool to use if looking to buy a domain?

    If you are using any web services for that, checkpagerank.net is the best. It is even easy to distinguish forged domains. But filling CAPTCHA each time is difficult.
