Which is the best PPC that gives searches/month plus bid value?

Aside from google and yahoo!, which is the best PPC that gives information on the keywords. Like if we type the keyword "X", we should get info. on how many times it was searched and the highest bid on it. Goclick provides that, but doesn't provide info. on certain long tail words, which makes us wonder whether it's worth bidding on them. If we choose keywords which do have stats, it won't be targeted.

    So what's the solution?

Check http://www.exoclick.com/. We have a tool called "Bid Estimator" I shows the price per click for selected country and click. However you need to sign up for account to use it.

Do you have info. on exoclick, then? Is it good for targeted traffic, what's the minimum bid etc. etc.? Give some details, if you don't mind.

I'd like to know whether exoclick gives stats on long tail keywords as well, like how many times it was searched (even if it's a low number), and the highest bid on it. Other tools, including google and yahoo, don't reveal these things, it get hard to plan anything.
