Which is the best place to check backlinks from particular sites?

    Suppose, I want to know how many backlinks is site1.com giving to site2.com,
    what would be the best way to do it?

    A) Google - I do not know of any way.

    B) Yahoo - It was possible earlier. But now with 'site explorer', things don't work.
    If I am wrong here, could someone guide, how to do it?

    C) MSN -
    site:site1.com link:site2.com
    is the way

    Any other legitimate tools?
    Please guide.

    You will need to download and install a software for this. I remember using a free trial version once for checking all links from a site. Don't remember it. Will find and post back.

    Probably one that shows the pagerank of each backlink. I found that the backlink checker in iwebtool.com is good.
