Hello. I'm planning to buy a .me domain soon. Can you recommend me some good registrars?

Is Godaddy good? Or do you know any other good registrars?

i like godaddy for all my domains
mainly cuz if i have a problem i can call and not have to wait weeks for a reply email and its easier to sell a domain registered at godaddy

but i did get screwed on the .me registering
but it was opening day for .me domains and i registered 12 of them and not one of them was successfully registered the only thing that was successfully was my payment they made sure to get my money b4 the domains :(
tho i did get refunded but after i got my credit card bill :(

na i think you will be safe now!
it was just a issue on the release day!
and they know they messed up bad and lost lots of sales from it so I doubt you will have any problems now

    You can try godaddy.com, mydomain.com, eudrodns.com, namecheap.com, or name.com.

I compare the price from 5 major registrars and made a list :

    Price -
    Godaddy.com
    $19.99
    Coupon code: cjcsave10 (10% off)
    Price after discount: $18

    Mydomain.com
    $18.99
Coupon code: HTMLI.INFO (15% off coupon)
    Price after discount: $16.15

    EuroDNS.com
    €:24.00

    Namecheap.com
    $21.98

    Name.com
    $35.98 / 2 years

Hope the list can help you.

I would stick with GoDaddy even though I did get screwed in registering a handful of .ME domains during the day the .ME domains went public. Then again I believe everyone that day was angry due to the servers being over-loaded and not getting their domains after receiving a confirmation from their registrar

BTW keep in mind the .ME domains are not cheap and as far as I know w/GoDaddy you need a minimum of 2 year registration so yea about $40.00 for a single domain name.

I wasn't quite sure if you were looking to register, or buy quality .me domains that were already registered?

If you are interested in buying some premium, generic .me domains, checkout DomainApple.com, they have an evergrowing list of great .me domains. ;)

exactly, it's a total crock of shit. Not like there's much to worry about, seems like every .me and variation has been bought out long ago.

MYdomain.com are pretty good and the price is very low when you use a coupon, try coupon code "bargaincat.com" which should get you a good discount.

godaddy.com allows for private registration. name.com is cheaper but does not allow private registration for some odd reason.
