    Nothing wrong with that structure. Some people opt to just have %postname% but it isn't always practical depending on what kind of set up you have.

    I agree with hmansfield, it depends on your category, example, if your category contains your keyword then it is a good idea to put category in it.

    Personally i use %postname%

    If your categories have strong relevant keywords, then put it along with postname. Just don't use date, it's useless for SEO. =)

    It really depends on how you want it to be on Search Engines. You might want to use some keywords on the domain like "watch" or "download"
