Hello everyone! It's been almost two years since I've been on this forum, but I'm glad to be back. So I guess this is my new introduction thread. I never realized how expensive Pay Per Click Management Services and Software has become. Anywho... A few years ago, I worked for an IT company and got involved with PPC marketing to sell IT servers and parts. It was a fun learning experience. I did everything mostly with Google and MSN web interface and Excel, Access, and mySQL for importing and exporting. I even made macros for PPC management like if Inventoryitem=1+ activate keyword(s) or 0 deactivate keyword(s). I had two accounts on Google and MSN each with tens of thousands of keywords and a lot of play money and enjoyed converting sales. Managing two accounts is fun, and I’m always improving it. Then I went off to do another gig... …Fast forward two years, I am at it again with a small post-start-up company I recently signed on to, and I am the only guy working on PPC Account Management. The good news (and bad news) is, our company just signed on a bunch of clients over the last couple months. Now I am working on over 80 PPC accounts. So far I'm only using Google/Yahoo interface, AdWords Editor, Excell, and some SEM Mozila Plug-Ins (Page Rank, Alexia, dmoz, etc...) to manage it. A few accounts gives me freedom to analyze, experiment with ads and keywords, build a master list, etc. But with over 80 accounts, I feel like I am stretching myself too thin, even with additional (noob) help. I am considering using and purchasing trusted 3rd party PPC Management Service/Software. But with price ranges from $50 to $10,000 I am wondering, which is the best bang for the buck? I need to be enlightened on pros and cons of each service, because I researched everywhere and cant find a reasonable ‘forum’ dedicated just to comparing PPC Management Tools that I was looking at. Kind of like what I did before… I would like to make one ‘Master File’ of All my Google Accounts and another For Yahoo and MSN respectfully (Or All 3 in one master File). Review Reports/Compare Different Accounts in the same interface. Edit it with bulk commands, save, and upload changes. Also Edit Remotely and Connected to. Is this possible?
