I have the $10.00 per month hostgator website builder with cpanel and I am very happy with hostgator. At first it was a little confusing, not being familiar with it, I was getting a little frustrated being new to it. Now, I am very happy with hostgator and would recommend them.

I use ICDsoft. 7 years and no downtime. They do not use cpanel or fantstico. They offer less than most companies but have have hands down the best support. Never had to wait more than ten minutes for support and they don't escalate the problems to the next level, they work on fixng it then and there.

If you looking for some serious hosting requirements, then think about RACKSPACE or MEDIA TEMPLE

I've been with Evohosting for a long time. Neve once had an issue with them. I originally chose them due to them being a UK based company.

I've changed/migrated my Hosting finaly to RapidVPS. The Support is outstanding and very quick !! Also the shared hosting is not oversold so the perfomance is also quite nice (I'm running about 30 Blogs an that account)

Nice Feature: You can check out the servers in the datacenter with a cam.

I use Globat. It is located at www.globat.com. I have been with them since 2003 and they have had their down times in the past, but they seem to be coming around strong again. They are very reasonable and offer unlimited web space and bandwidth. Overall for a hosting company I give them a rating of 8.5. Make sure you know exactly what you are paying for, and get it in writing. If there is a perfect 10 I have not found that yet.:) I also use a Shopping Cart called Scsytem 5.3. It is very simple to use and with a Google search you can find the homepage. The only problem with it, that it is Java and can only be updated using one computer. (This means that no one can update webpages from another location). The really good thing about it, is that you buy it once and it is yours for life and it will run on any webserver. So in the short with you using the Scsystem Shopping Cart, and Globat the first year will cost you about $150 everything paid except, your merchant account. After the first year it will cost about 80 bucks a year for your site and domain. (You own the shopping cart for life). I am in the process of trying to get Zen-Cart to work, but I find it difficult. Maybe I am just spoiled by using such a simple Shopping Cart System.

i used Godaddy, and recommend it to DotNetNuke users.
I also write a few tutorials about getting DNN installed at root path of your hosting account and having multiple domains under same hosting account with parent portals.
With this way you will have huge space, huge bandwith and multi websites by paying only 6.99 per month.

    What a deal :)

Check my signature for the details.
